Structured procurement intake
Contact E-Bus Source for Electric Bus Procurement
Send a business requirement that identifies the vehicle duty, passenger configuration, energy and charging expectations, quantity, destination and requested delivery window. E-Bus Source uses the information to organize candidate factory outreach and comparable quotation questions. We do not publish an address, telephone number or social account because none is present in the locked source configuration; use the inquiry form as the documented contact channel.
What happens after submission
- We review whether the product, configuration, quantity and destination are sufficiently defined.
- We identify missing comparison fields and return clarification questions where necessary.
- Candidate factory responses are organized on the same quotation and evidence basis.
Response timing depends on requirement clarity and supplier availability. A submission does not confirm stock, price, factory capacity, compliance, shipping or a contract.

Vehicle scope
State bus type, body length, passenger and accessibility layout, doors, luggage, axle arrangement, GVWR and any required systems. Reference links help describe intent but do not substitute for a written configuration.
Duty and energy
Include route length, stops, speed, grade, climate, HVAC, daily cycles, usable battery expectations, range basis, connector, charger power and depot supply. Separate mandatory limits from preferences.
Commercial basis
Give unit count, configuration split, destination, Incoterm, delivery window, inspection needs and required documents. An optional budget and supplier tier preference can be included without implying a verified supplier rating.
Boundaries to plan separately
Destination registration, import decisions, federal or state requirements, financing, insurance, utility connection, civil works, charger installation and final acceptance remain outside an ordinary factory vehicle quotation unless explicitly included. Exact-model FMVSS, EPA or other document applicability must be assessed by the responsible parties; E-Bus Source does not approve or certify a vehicle.
RFQ checklist
Prepare an Answerable Electric Bus Brief
Use one request for one comparison basis. If the project needs multiple bodies, batteries or chargers, show the quantity split. Identify which values are fixed, target or open to alternatives, and state what evidence an alternative must provide.
- Intended service and operating environment
- Passenger, accessibility and luggage configuration
- Route, climate, load and energy assumptions
- Motor, battery, connector and charger requirements
- Quantity, destination, Incoterm and requested window
- Inspection, documentation and acceptance expectations
Do not place confidential passwords, payment-card data or unrelated personal information in the brief. Commercial terms and sensitive documents should be handled through an appropriate controlled process after initial qualification.
