Service scope

E-Bus Source may organize buyer requirements, identify candidate supply paths, coordinate quotation requests and summarize questions. It is not a manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, engineering authority, certification body or insurer. Supplier introductions and documents are not endorsements or guarantees.

Buyer responsibility

The buyer must verify configuration, ratings, range basis, price, availability, payment terms, delivery, warranty, intellectual property, supplier identity and destination suitability before contracting. Registration, compliance, import, tax, financing, insurance, charging infrastructure and acceptance require appropriate professional review.

Commercial information

Factory quotations can change and depend on configuration, quantity, destination, Incoterm and timing. No website content forms a binding offer. Contracts and payments are governed by the written documents agreed by the relevant parties.

Acceptable use

Users must submit lawful and accurate business inquiries and must not interfere with the service or supply malicious content. Access may be limited where a request cannot be handled responsibly.
